Refund policy

Returns

We offer a return period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your order or 30 days from the date the order was placed.

Certain products are excluded from return, including underwear for hygiene reasons.

Our policy is valid for 30 days from the order date or 14 days from the delivery date. If the relevant time has passed, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it and returned in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at sales@forgecopper.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund is approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 30 days.

Cancellations

You have 24 hours to cancel your order after it is placed. Please contact us promptly at sales@forgecopper.com if you wish to cancel.

If the item has already been dispatched, you can still request a return and refund by contacting us. In certain cases, we may be able to cancel orders that are already in transit, but a $20 courier cancellation fee will apply.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank — there is often a processing delay before a refund appears.

If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at sales@forgecopper.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at sales@forgecopper.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

Shipping

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
